This Raven Health Privacy Policy applies to ravenhealth.com, and also applies to other websites that Raven Health operates that redirect to this Policy.

Raven Health, LLC and its affiliates (collectively, “Raven”, “Raven Health”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) have created this Privacy Policy to describe how we collect, use, and disclose information. This Privacy Policy applies to Raven Health’s online workplace productivity tools and platform (collectively, the “Services”), RavenHealth.com and other Raven Health websites (collectively, the “Websites”), and certain interactions (e.g. attending or registering for one of our events), unless covered by a separate privacy notice. 1. What kind of personal data does Raven Health collect and how is it used?
Raven Health collects personal data in three ways: Direct Collection, Third-Party Collection, and Passive Collection.
Direct Collection and Use
We collect your personal information directly from you when you register to use Raven Health’s products and services, when you contact us via our website contact form, when you submit an online support ticket, when you sent us email or mail, when you sign-up online for our newsletter, or when you apply for a job. We may collect the following personal information from you:

- Business data, such as company name, business type, department, title, business email, business phone number, products that you use;

Raven Health allows you to log in to our website services using sign-in services, such as Facebook Connect or Google single sign-on. These services authenticate your identity and provide you with the option of sharing certain personal information, such as name and email address, to pre-populate our sign-in form.
Third-Party Collection and Use
We may collect personal information about you from publicly available databases, business partners, or other third-parties. This information may include:

2. Does Raven Health share my Personal Information?
We will not sell, rent, or share your Personal Information with third parties outside of our company without your consent. 3. How secure is my Personal Information?
Raven Health takes reasonable precautions to protect Personal Information in its possession from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
4. Will Raven Health use my Personal Information to communicate with me?
Raven Health may send you information, such as announcements about new products and service, promotional materials, survey inquiries, newsletters, and other marketing materials. As a user of our products and services, Raven Health may also send you information about your account or our services, such as an email when you register for a trial account or new account, an email to confirm account changes, updates on our website, and our products and services. We consider these communications to be part of your Raven Health account.
You may discontinue receiving this marketing information by using the “Unsubscribe” link found in the email communication, or by contacting us at privacy@ravenhealth.com. Please note that your choice to unsubscribe to account or service information may affect our ability to provide you with our products or services.
5. Does Raven Health collect personal data from children?
Our websites and mobile applications are not created for children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 16. Raven Health does not target our website, our products or services towards children under the age of 16. 6. Do I have a choice in providing my personal information to your company?
When interacting with our company, you choose what personal information and how much information you provide to us. Your choice may affect our ability to provide you with our products or services. You can register or change your preferences to receive or not receive marketing communications from us by emailing us at privacy@ravenhealth.com.
7. Can I access my personal data collected by Raven Health?
You have the right under Privacy Shield and other data protection laws to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For personal data that we have collected about you, you may contact us at privacy@ravenhealth.com to exercise these rights.
We respond to all requests from individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
8. Does Raven Health comply with EU – U.S. Privacy Shield and the Swiss – US Privacy Shield?
Raven Health complies with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and the United Kingdom and Switzerland to the United States, respectively. Raven Health has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles. If there is any conflict between the terms of this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. With respect to personal data transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Raven Health is subject to regulatory enforcement powers of the US Federal Trade Commission.
Raven Health has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the Privacy Shield Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, JAMS International. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit https://www.jamsadr.com/eu-us-privacy-shield for more information and to file a complaint. In certain circumstances, more fully described on the Privacy Shield Website, you have a right to invoke binding arbitration before the Privacy Shield Panel as a last resort in resolving your issues.
For Raven Health entities in Canada, compliance with Privacy Shield is not required as Canada has been deemed to have an adequate level of data protection by the European Commission. Raven Health will continue its compliance with Privacy Shield
Onward Transfer
Raven Health complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for onward transfers of personal data from the EU and Switzerland, including the onward transfer liability provisions.
9. What are Raven Health’s policies on transferring EU employee data to the US?
Raven Health does not have employees or offices in the EU or Switzerland.
10. What about my personal data that was provided to Raven Health by its users?
For information submitted through Raven Health’s online products by our users, we do not own this data. Those individuals and businesses, using our product and services, are the owners (controllers) of the information that was provided to Raven Health.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
To the extent allowed by applicable law, Raven Health reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice. Raven Health will notify you of material changes by posting the changed or modified Privacy Policy on our Websites. You are responsible for reviewing this Privacy Policy each time you use or access our Websites. Any changes will be effective immediately upon the posting of the revised Privacy Policy unless otherwise specified. Your continued use after the effective date will constitute your consent to those changes. Raven Health will provide notice and obtain your consent (opt-in or opt-out) if required.
