What's the difference between the 5% plan and the $29-per-client plan?
The Standalone plan is a flat $29 per client per month for the software only (ideal if you already handle billing in-house). The Premium All-In-One plan has no software fee; instead it's 5% of the claims we actually collect for you, and it includes fully outsourced billing. Most startups choose Premium because there's no upfront software cost. On a demo we'll model both against your real claim volume so you can see which is cheaper for you.
Is there really no cost to get started?
There are no client minimums and no hidden costs. On the Premium All-In-One plan the $500 implementation fee is currently waived and there's no software fee: you only pay a percentage of what you collect, so you only pay when you get paid.
Can we change plans as we grow?
Yes. The Premium All-In-One plan is billed month-to-month, so you can adjust as your practice changes. Talk to us any time and we'll move you to the plan that fits where you are.
Do you lock us into a long contract?
The Premium All-In-One plan is month-to-month. The Standalone software plan is an annual commitment. Either way, we'll walk you through the exact terms on a quick call before you decide anything.
How does credentialing pricing work?
Credentialing is priced per enrollment: $200 for your practice per insurance company, plus $200 per BCBA per insurer. For example, a new clinic with 2 BCBAs enrolling with 5 insurers is about $3,000. We also assist with RBT enrollments.
How long until we're up and running?
Typical onboarding is about three weeks from signature to your first claim. Our implementation team handles your data migration and gets your staff trained so you're not doing it alone.
