Is My Data Secure?
Yes. Raven is built HIPAA-compliant from the ground up, so your client data stays protected no matter which plan you’re on.
Are Your Contracts Annual?
Yes, every Raven plan runs on an annual contract. If your practice grows, you can move up to a plan with more support. If it slows down, you can scale back too. We want you paying just for what you actually need and not for what you don’t.
Can I Change Plans?
Yes. Whether your practice is growing or scaling back, reach out to your account manager and we’ll move you to the plan that fits your needs.
Do You Really Offer Your Software for Free to Universities?
Yes. Universities are training the next generation of ABA clinicians, and we want to do our part. Giving universities free access to Raven means students learn on the same tools they’ll use in the field.
Do You Offer Discounts for K-12 Schools, Partners and Franchises?

Do You Have Minimum Monthly Fees?
Platform and Platform Pro have no monthly minimum. Concierge and Concierge Pro have a $1,000 monthly minimum. On Concierge, it covers Raven’s experts preparing and submitting your claims, following up with payers, and working denials. On Concierge Pro, it also covers our experts handling credentialing, authorizations, and private pay. You only owe the minimum if your 5% or 7% comes to less than $1,000. Past that, you pay the percentage and nothing extra. The rate stays flat as you grow, with no cap.
Does It Cost Extra to Migrate My Existing Data?
Only if your migration is more complex than usual. Standard migrations, which is typically what Platform and Platform Pro customers need, are covered under your implementation fee. If yours is more involved, we’ll scope it out and send you a separate quote before any work starts.
What Does It Cost for Additional NPI Enrollments?
Concierge Pro includes 3 free NPI enrollments a year, a $600 value. After that, it’s $200 per insurer for the practice, plus $200 per BCBA for that same insurer. That fee covers your dedicated ABA expert handling the full enrollment, from application to approval, so you and your BCBAs stay compliant without chasing payer paperwork yourselves. We’ll walk through the real math for your practice before you commit to anything.
