On September 22, we announced new revenue cycle management (RCM) tools for ABA billing in Raven. For your practice, this means fewer claims go out with errors that lead to denials, because each claim is checked before it’s submitted.

How Raven’s RCM Works
Raven creates claims from the session and clinical note data already in the platform, with modifiers and other billing details filled in automatically. A revenue integrity engine then checks each claim against your payer and business rules. Clean claims move forward, while claims with missing or potentially incorrect information are flagged for your team to review. Eligible claims for supported payers are submitted automatically, and AI prioritizes the exceptions so your team knows which ones need attention first.
Track Every Claim in One Place
Once claims are submitted, the RCM Dashboard and Claims Ledger bring claim status, payer responses, and payments into one view, including ERA/835 processing. It works whether you bill in-house with Raven’s self-billing tools or use Raven’s managed billing services. Many Raven customers have achieved collection rates above 99% and payment in as little as one week.
